Exploring faith?
Whether we realise it or not we are all people of faith.
We have faith our cars will start as we turn the key, faith that when we sit in our chair it will hold our weight, faith that when we close our eyes at night we will wake up in the morning.
As Christians, as well as faith in these temporary things we have faith in God, faith in Jesus, God’s son. We believe Jesus died for us upon a cross, taking upon himself the penalty and punishment we deserved that we could be forgiven. We believe Jesus rose again on the third day and calls us to follow him as His disciples in the freedom and life he calls us to.
That doesn’t mean we are perfect or that life is easy but we have hope and faith in Jesus that sustains us in this life, even and especially in its storms.

Becoming a Christian is as easy as ABC
A = Admit
Admit you have done wrong and Ask God for forgiveness – say you’re sorry.
B = Believe
Believe in Jesus, what he did for you on the cross, taking the punishment and penalty for your sins and to subsequently be baptised in Him.
C = Commit
Commit your life to follow Him, trusting Him each day & growing in relationship with Him as Lord and Saviour.
Take a step of faith today to surrender your life to Jesus as Lord and Saviour. – It’s the best decision you will ever make!
