The Redevelopment Project
In January 2021, we officially broke ground and began our redevelopment project
This project has been years in the making and we are grateful to God and all those who have helped us to get to this point. We believe this redevelopment will be a blessing to both our church and the wider community, providing a more accessible, usable and welcoming place for all.
Financially, we still require funding to complete the project but are stepping out in faith.
Phase one was completed in November 2021, and phase two began in January 2022 and was completed in August 2022.
Phase 3 is still to come.
If you would like to support this project you can find out how on our giving page.

Grants and Giving
Brick in the wall
We believe small change makes a big difference.
At our in-person services, kids and adults have brought up their small change (1p’s, 2p’s, pound coins, banknotes… and the odd washer nut!) to see if they could raise a brick on our ‘brick in the wall scales’, and most weeks we raised it!
In 2019 alone, nearly £2000 was raised!
Small change makes a big difference.
Garfield Weston Foundation
Established in 1958, the Garfield Weston Foundation is a family founded charitable grant-making trust which now gives away approximately £80 million a year to charities across the UK. Having established one of the most respected charitable institutions in the UK, the Weston Family Trustees today remain highly active and hands on. The Foundation’s funding comes from an endowment of shares in the family business – a successful model that still endures today and as the businesses have grown so too have the charitable donations.
We are grateful for the £20,000 grant we received from them towards the redevelopment project.

Allchurches Trust
Allchurches Trust is one of the UK's largest
grant-making charities and gave more than
£23 million to churches, charities and communities in 2020. Its funds come from its ownership of Ecclesiastical Insurance Group.
We are grateful for the £9,500 grant we received from them towards the redevelopment project.

EMBTC & The Beatrice Laing Trust
We are grateful for the recent grants we have received from EMBTC (£5,000) and The Beatrice Laing Trust (£10,000) to help continue our redevelopment project to better serve our community.
Ongoing giving
In anticipation of this project, over the years members of the church have given toward the Redevelopment fund, raising over a staggering £150,000. We still have a way to go. If you would like to support this project please see our giving page.
